We need to give Matt Cain some recognition for last night’s win.

I love the fact that he did not want to get pulled out in the 6th. He wanted to keep going and gave that “NO!” when he saw Bruce Bochy coming out to have him relieved. He certainly had more in the tank, but Papa Bochy was playing Bochy Ball and was saying, “Only 100 pitches for you, Cainer. There’s another series we need to save you for.”

Cain, you wonderful competitor, you.
